Repertoire Suggestions:
Some general points:
The Dona Nobis Pacem text is from the Latin Mass, and is very fitting for any liturgical performance (including Lent, or Holy Week: March 17-23, 2008). Any mass setting of the Agnus Dei text that does not already include "dona nobis pacem" can be easily repeated to include the text in place of "miserere nobis."
Some directors have suggested programming a simple round or unison song that can be done as an audience sing-along, to increase the number of people involved in singing about peace.
